We are seeking an Administrator for our Supportive Living Facility. The company is very progressive and looking for the right leader to guide and mentor the team.
Qualifications
o Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining facility's programs and operations
o Assist in developing facility policies and procedures
o Assist department Management in the performance evaluations
o Assist in the recruitment and retention of qualified staff
o Extensive experience in building strong relationships with referral networks and educating the community on the outstanding services provided
o 2 to 3 years of Administration experience in a LTC, Skilled Care, Supportive Living, or Assistant Living environment
o Exceptional leadership and management skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
